Rejoice Ahead of Time

To Rejoice Ahead of Time really is faith in action, because as we believe and receive we begin to rejoice in spirit that what we are believing for is on it's way now - that our prayer has been heard and has been answered.  There is a great expectation that something is going to happen - we don't know how or where and in what way things will change but like a child waiting on a surprise we are looking and listening with excitement and expectation. 

This kind of faith is not easily shaken.  Even more bad news can become a stepping stone under our feet that lifts us up even higher and enables us to reach even deeper into the love and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ.  When we allow ourselves to Rejoice and to be Thankful to God for answering our prayers it pleases the heart of our Heavenly Father and brings joy to him.  It is this joy that strengthens us to stand strong. 

I used to believe that God would answer my prayer or heal me etc some TIME in the future, that everything was always ahead of me, and guess what - everything remained somewhere in the future always just out of reach always ahead of me. This was my biggest mistake, because I didn't understand this thing we call TIME.  It is something that we as humans need and really do measure everything in our lives by - what has been - what will be - BUT very few are actually aware of RIGHT NOW.  The truth is that because God is Spirit he is not governed by TIME as we measure it.  He is outside TIME, He was before TIME and he is above TIME.  When I first began to realise this I found it easier to Rejoice and thank him ahead of time, before I saw the change in the situation I was thanking Him and rejoicing that it was already done.  This is called Rejoice Ahead of Time.  Rejoicing like it is already done. 

I love 1 John chapter 5. 

Verse 5 says Who is it that overcomes the world?  only he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God. 

 I have come to realise that many Christians say that they believe this but they are looking at Jesus who was the Son of God who came and will someday be the Son of God who will return.  The revelation that HE IS right now this very moment - the Son of God - the Messiah - the Healer - the Deliver - everything we need in our hearts and lives.  The bible teaches us that He is seated at the right hand of the Father and making intercession for us.  To know that he is right now my Healer - so therefore whenever you need healing you can claim what he is - healing and strength to you.  We no longer need to seek God for healing or a miracle But rather rejoice and receive that I am his - I am Redeemed by his precious and powerful blood - I am covered over with the garments of salvation and robes of righteousness - that Jesus IS my Healer.  When we begin to REJOICE - and praise Him for who HE IS - strength arises in our spirit then flows out into our minds and bodies and everything begins to change and turn around.

A thankful heart is one of the greatest weapons that a child of God has.  

Being able to give thanks and Praise God - in the midst of trouble will achieve more than hours of praying or fighting the enemy.  I believe in praying and in 'spiritual warfare' - but I also know that my fight is the good fight of faith.  Jesus defeated and disarmed all of the agents of the kingdom of darkness, he stripped them of all power and He gave that power to his Church - His people.  The mistake that most Christians make is that they think that because they have been given the power - we must now be waging war against demons in order to overcome etc.  BUT God's word clearly instructs us to SUBMIT ourselves to God, RESIST the devil and he WILL flee from you.  I have found the best way to submit to God is to praise and worship him, to believe his word.  I simply hold the promise that God has given to me in his Word - I write it down, I meditate on it I ask for revelation and I lift it up before God and say 'I submit to you Father God' I submit myself and this situation to your Word and quote the promises - I confess that I believe his Word is the highest authority'  after thanking God for his faithfulness and praising Him - then I turn around and say 'I now RESIST the lies and the evil report with this Word of God'  I speak to the situation and declare what God says about it.  Then strength and hope arises.  We must not be afraid to dance and rejoice with all our hearts before our Father and Lord Jesus.  

Science now has the evidence that whatever we focus on the most is what we give power to increase. That Humans are actually CREATIVE beings, just what the Bible has taught us from the beginning.  I don't know any Christian who would like to admit that they are giving the kingdom of darkness power to increase - but the truth is that they are more focused on the works of darkness rather on the Kingdom of God.  What if we changed the word 'focus' to 'magnify'  would you change your focus if you knew you were actually magnifying the kingdom of darkness?  The Holy Spirit has made me very aware of what I am magnifying in my life, in my thinking and with my words.  I want to focus and magnify on my Saviour above all else. 

So I encourage you today that whatever you have been asking God for or maybe even have lost hope for - if you will return to him with an open heart to his promises and will ask for the revelation that HE IS right now and if you will be willing to praise and REJOICE that he is God and that he is a rewarder of them than diligently seek him.  (Hebrews 11;6)  And Allow the Holy Spirit to reveal the truth to you personally and be willing to REJOICE, really rejoice (willing to lift your hands, your voice and even your feet in dance).  You will find a great expectation and hope rising up which will carry you into victory.
